Can We have alcohol at our event?

We are not licensed to have alcohol on the premise.  In the event alcohol is served, distributed or brought onto the premises for the purpose of consuming or distributing, with or without the knowledge of the renter.  The $500 Deposit shall be forfeited and THE RED BARN at West Mountain Ranch reserves the right to ask all of the guests to evict the property immediately.

How Many Guests can comfortably fit in the barn?

We have tables and chairs for 100 guests.  During spring, summer and fall events, tables and chairs can be placed outside to accommodate more guests. 

What Amenities are included with the rental?

There is a fully stocked restroom, oven and stove, refrigerator, sink and lots of counter space for serving.  There is also a projector and sound system.  During winter months the barn is fully heated.  12 Round Tables and 100 chairs. 

Do you provide Decorations? 

We will provide pallet racks that can be used to hang decorations on.  But we do not provide the decorations, table clothes, serving supplies or anything else associated with the event. 

What are we responsible for after the event? 

Renter is responsible for removing all items that were personally brought to the event including trash, putting away tables and chairs, thoroughly cleaning serving areas, sanitizing the bathroom and sweeping and mopping the floor. A service charge will be deducted from the deposit to cover these expenses if they are not performed by the renter.
